If you have searched our KB (KnowledgeBase) and cannot find the answer or solution you need, affiliated students, faculty, and staff can request DoIT Help Desk support online. Network administrators can also request network services (Data Jack Installations/Activations and DNS or IP-related requests) for their department. This document explains how to use HelpOnline to request assistance.
The DoIT Help Desk can be contacted via many different contact methods. Please see Get help from the DoIT Help Desk for general information about contacting the DoIT Help Desk for assistance.
Otherwise, you can submit a request for assistance via HelpOnline by going to https://infra.doit.wisc.edu/infra/ServiceManagerLite.aspx and logging in with your UW-Madison NetID and password. This is also available on the Services tab of My UW-Madison.
