Learn@UW - Release Conditions Based on a Group Don't Display Group Category along with Group Name

If an instructor creates a release condition based on a group, it only lists the Group Name (and not the Group Category). The complete name is viewable when creating the condition, but NOT under "Release Conditions" NOR on the existing conditions list when an instructor wants to re-use the condition in another spot.

Alternative and newer versions of the listed operating systems and browsers may or may not work properly with Learn@UW in certain cases, but there should be no expectation that they do. We will submit any reported problems to Desire2Learn for newer operating systems and browsers, such as Mac 10.5, Safari 3 and Firefox 3.

Desire2Learn is no longer supporting Netscape or Mozilla.

This document describes what special characters, besides letters and digits (A-Z, a-z, 0-9), are allowed in file and folder names. This applies to all tools in the Learn@UW application where files and folders may be uploaded or created: for example, the Dropbox and Locker tools.

Objects inserted into a document using the HTML Editor don't display within the HTML editor. You see a large 'Insert Object' icon in a box where the embedded object should appear.

Learn@UW - In Grade Quiz, Selecting Choice from "Restrict to" Drop Down Does Not Change Users Displayed

When grading a quiz, a "Restrict to" drop down box allows you to restrict the list of users displayed to those who have taken or not taken the quiz, received a score within a specified range, have attempts in progress, or have previewed the quiz. However, when you make a selection from the drop down box, the list of users displayed does not change.
