			<description>&lt;p&gt;The &lt;strong&gt;Copy&lt;/strong&gt; icon in the Discussions tool allows you create a copy of a forum or topic from an existing one that can later be edited. The problem with this is that if you create a copy of a topic or forum that has a release condition attached to it, the release conditions on both copies will be linked so that if you edit the release condition in either one, it will change in both.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
