Learn@UW - Maximum Page Size in Spreadsheet View of Gradebook

This document is for Site Administrators only.

The maximum number of records per page in the Spreadsheet view of a course Gradebook is controlled by the setting of the DOME variable

MaxSpreadSheetRecords

found in the DOME tool under

Config Variable Browser -> All Variables -> Tools -> Grades -> GradesList .

This controls the maximum number of cells (grades), not the number of records (rows) that can be displayed on a page in the spreadsheet view.

Note that the actual number of rows displayed per page (except perhaps for the last page) will be limited to the values 10, 20, 50, 100, or 200 that can be set in the standard Grades view.

Also, the value 10 will always be allowed regardless of how small the DOME variable limit is set.
