Learn@UW - Obtaining a Student's Enrollment Dates

This document describes how to obtain the dates and times a student was enrolled in courses.

1. Select Manage Users.
2. Under Find Users, enter a search string.
3. Click the Enroll icon ( ) for that student. (If the Enroll icon is not present, you do not have permission to enroll students.)
4. Click View Complete Enrollment Log under the More Details widget.

The enrollment log contains a list of dates and times the student was enrolled in each course.

If you do not have permissions to both use the User Management Tool and enroll students, ask for assistance. If you are at UW-Madison, please contact the DoIT Help Desk. Otherwise, contact your campus help desk.
